Wohnbaugenossenschaft Sunehalde Hombrechtikon

The Wohnbaugenossenschaft Sunnehalde (WGS) aims, through mutual self-help and shared responsibility, to provide and maintain healthy, affordable housing for its members. It strives to offer housing for all sections of the population. It promotes living together in a spirit of social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The WGS owns two housing developments: Grossacherstrasse 44, 46, 48, 50 and 52, and Breitlenweg 1, 3, 5 and 7, with a total of 76 apartments with 1 ½ to 5 ½ rooms in Hombrechtikon. These well-equipped apartments are in a quiet and central location. The apartments are allocated to cooperative members under tenancy and occupancy rights. The cooperative is administered on a cost basis, taking market conditions and use into account. The WGS promotes community and shared responsibility among tenants and holders of occupancy rights in its properties, as well as affordable, healthy and pleasant living. The cooperative operates on a non-profit basis. The WGS may participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives. It is a member of the Swiss Association for Housing SVW.
