Construction

The entire settlement is built to Minergie-P standard. The multi-family buildings use hybrid construction with concrete slabs and exterior walls made of timber elements, while the row houses are built entirely of wood. Heating is provided by geothermal probes, and PV elements are installed on the roofs for self-consumption.

Apartment features

All apartments have a large dining and living area, a bathroom with a floor-level shower, and a storage room. Private outdoor spaces are located on the arcades, with balcony cabinets and, in some cases, small balconies. The floors are finished with oak parquet, the ceilings in exposed concrete are white lasered, the windows are made of solid painted spruce wood, and the walls have white painted Vario fleece wallpaper.
