Die Wohnbaugenossenschaft am Dorfbrunnen Lüsslingen-Nennigkofen wurde 2015 gegründet, um das Projekt 'Wohnen im Alter' in einem denkmalgeschützten Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1787 umzusetzen. Die Genossenschaft besteht aus 10 Genossenschaftern und einem Vorstand und hat das Ziel, den Charme des alten Gebäudes mit einer attraktiven und zeitgemässen Wohnqualität zu vereinen. Das Projekt wurde von der Gemeinde Lüsslingen-Nennigkofen initiiert, die das Haus 2014 erwarb.
