The purpose was later expanded to include housing suitable for older people and people with disabilities. The cooperative places importance on maintaining its properties and, where possible, awards contracts to local businesses. A milestone was the construction of the property at Linckweg 1 in 1992, with 25 apartments that are also suitable for older people and people with disabilities. The cooperative also supports the social services of the municipality of Zollikofen.
