Die Chrüzmatt ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für das Alter im Hitzkirchertal. Sie bietet Langzeit-, Kurzzeit- und Tages-/Nachtaufenthalte sowie betreutes Wohnen an. Die Chrüzmatt beschäftigt rund 150 Mitarbeitende und bietet 22 Ausbildungsplätze an. Die Geschichte der Chrüzmatt reicht bis ins Jahr 1845 zurück, der Gemeindeverband wurde 1982 gegründet.
