The apartment is part of the "Perron Vert" quarter on the former Mosterei Areal in Egnach. The development includes a range of rental apartments, condominiums, offices, ateliers, commercial and gastronomy spaces, a care centre and senior housing, with generous communal meeting areas planned. Tenants and condominium owners are automatically members of the settlement association to promote residential quality and the wellbeing of residents.

In the first stage, a total of 64 apartments are offered across the three buildings Mostereiplatz 4 (MP4), Mostereiplatz 20 (MP20) and Mostereiplatz 6/8 (MP6/8).
