The development "Perron Vert" on the former Mosterei site in Egnach (9322) comprises a mix of rental apartments, condominiums, offices, ateliers, commercial and gastronomy spaces, a care centre and senior apartments. Generous communal areas are planned. Tenants and condominium owners are included through automatic membership in the Siedlungsverein to promote residential quality and residents' well-being.

In the first stage, a total of 64 apartments in various sizes are being built across the three buildings Mostereiplatz 4 (MP4), Mostereiplatz 20 (MP20) and Mostereiplatz 6/8 (MP6/8). The apartments in MP4 and MP20 are finished to the same standard; the following details apply to the 4.5-room apartments in those buildings.
