The Perron Vert quarter is being developed on the former cider-press site in 9322 Egnach. The project comprises a mix of rental apartments, condominium units, offices, ateliers, commercial and gastronomy spaces, a care centre and senior housing, with generous communal areas planned. Tenants and condominium owners are automatically enrolled in the site association (Siedlungsverein) to support residential quality and residents' well-being.

Phase and buildings

In the first phase, a total of 64 apartments in various sizes are offered. These apartments are distributed across the three buildings Mostereiplatz 4 (MP4), Mostereiplatz 20 (MP20) and Mostereiplatz 6/8 (MP6/8). The apartments in MP4 and MP20 are finished to the same standard; the following details apply to those two buildings.
